Valportas sectional doors are divided into 3 distinct categories, Ruby Titan, Carwy
and Tailor Made.
Ruby Titan sectional doors are made of sandwich panels ranging from 500 mm to 610 mm in width and 40 mm or 80mm in thickness. They consist of two (top and bottom) profiled metal sheets and internal, high-quality polyurethane insulation with a density of about 45Kg/m3.
Carwy doors are made of aluminium and can have several types of decoration, which can provide conditions of light, visibility and high quality. These doors are ideal for show rooms, fire rooms, among others.
Tailor Made doors are exclusive doors that can be customized by each customer. Valportas has a number of decoration options to customize Tailor Made sectional doors.
We have developed a simplified system for installing doors that allows our customers to save time.

Cold rolled DX51+Z structural steel; Hot-dip galvanized – Sendzimir System; External 25µ polyester pre-coating; Internally primed with 10µ coating; Top sheet thickness: ± 0.34 mm – ± 0.42 mm – ± 0.62 mm; Bottom sheet thickness: ± 0.34 mm – ±0.42 mm.

All panels are lined internally and externally with a protective PVC film that must be removed following installation.
